 D M I T R Y Project Manager Dmitry has a Master's degree in mathematics from the State Technical University “Stankin” (Moscow). He began his career in 1994 as a mainframe operator in a state institution before moving to software engineering in 1998, and achieving the position of Chief Software Engineer in 1999 in a private company. Dmitry joined Talanto Technologies in 2000 as User Experience Engineer, becoming a director in 2005 and a partner in 2009. He is responsible for handling all user interface standards developed in Talanto Technologies. Recently, he became InstantChess Project Manager, assuming responsibility for the development of the iPhone application. “Before joining Talanto Technologies I have always appreciated the complexity of the game of chess and now more than ever I enjoy positively affecting people's perception of the game, making it easier and more accessible for millions of people.  A L E X E Y Chief Programmer Alexey has a Bachelor's degree in engineering from the university of Aerospace Technology (Moscow). He started his career in 1994 as Software Engineer in the Russian Geophysical Union before moving to Talanto Technologies in 2000 assuming the position of Software Tester and reaching Chief Software Engineer in 2008. Alexey is responsible for maintaining servers and improving software. Since 2005, he has also been Project Manager for the development and improvement of administrative software for InstantChess.com achieving an outstanding level of automated detection for inappropriate use of the Chat mechanic or cheating. He has also developed prevention solutions. “I feel full responsibility for what I do in my work. At the same time I really enjoy the challenges. More importantly, the team spirit here at Talanto Technologies is very high and I feel an important part of the team.” |
 N I N A Financial Director Nina has a Bachelor's degree from the Russian State University of Finance and Economics. She began her career in 1991 as an accountant in a medium sized manufacturing company before moving to the position of Chief Economist at a private bank. In 1999, she accepted an invitation from Andrey Matveev to join Talanto Technologies as Chief Accountant, moving to the position of Financial Director in 2005. “I am extremely proud to be involved in this globally-scaled project which has customers in virtually any country you name.” |
 E L E N E Customer Advocate Elene has a Degree in business administration. She started her career in 1971 in Visual Services providing teachers, equipment and supplies to the blind. In 2003 Smith joined Talanto Technolgies as Customer Support Assistant and became Customer Support Director in 2007. “It's been very interesting helping thousands of people on InstantChess from all over the world. I've always enjoyed helping people, and look forward to continue assisting the players on InstantChess.” |
 V L A D I S L A V Programming for iPhone Vladislav has a Master's degree in software engineering from Irkutsk Technical University. He started his career in 2000 as a programer and gained the role of CTO in the Irkutsk State University in 2007. Vladislav has led the development of complex firmware for vibration and thermal diagnostic instruments within the R&D department of the Russian National Railway Institute. Vladislav joined the Talanto Technology team in 2009 for developing the InstantChess application on iPhone. In December 2009, the application (2.5) was released and submitted into AppStore. Vladislav is currently working on the next version. “It is very exciting participating in this project and making chess to be instant for iPhone users.  A N D R E Y Non-Executive Director Andrey has a Master's in economics with oil and gas specialisation from the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Moscow) and an MBA from Ashridge Business School (Berkhamsted, UK). He began his entrepreneur career in the mid 90s building a team of programmers atuniversity to develop project management software. In 1999 he established Talanto Technologies and launched InstantChess.com a year later. Andrey was responsible for designing the user experience and establishing the Customer Support service. Since 2008, Andrey has been Non-Executive Director of Talanto Technolgies, and consults the company in strategy and business development as well as assisting with foreign affairs. |
 D E N I S Non-Executive Director Denis has a Master's in economics from the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Moscow). As Non-Executive Director of Talanto Technologies, he consults the company in projects related to bank and cards processing systems as well as software and database designs. His career began in 1996 as Coding Engineer in the energy sector. In 1999, Seredenko took up the position of CTO in Talanto Technologies, establishing and leading a team of up to 12 software engineers. In 2005 Denis moved to the banking sector, where he worked his way up to the role of Managing Director in the Alliance Bank in Kazakhstan. |
